Yes this is a REAL 1968 Plymouth GTX. The VIN checks out and it is an "S" code car, meaning GTX. This car was customized in the early 90's by another owner so going back to stock was more difficult than doing a modern custom job. So spare me the emails about the dash being cut for the stereo and so on. It was done before I got it, I just made it cool. The paint is very nice but I do drive the car. The bodywork is near flawless. It's like a piece of glass. I only say "near flawless" because somebody will always complain about something., , I've done several all day driving trips in it, , Here's a list some of the stuff done:, , *New paint and body, real nice, *New leather interior and new door panels, *Custom center console, *Hurst shifter, *Custom leather wrapped steering wheel, *New Alpine stereo , *Foose Legend wheels and Nitto tires, 20x10 rear and 18x8 front, *Rear suspension adjusted to tuck the rearr wheels, *Custom CNC machined 440 hood inserts, *Sorted 440ci big block with a bunch of goodies. Street/strip, *New exhaust, *1968 YOM black California license plates, * Clear California title in my name, *All the regular stuff like brakes, plugs, wires, Blah, Blah, Blah, I"m sure there is plenty more I'm not thinking of., , This is MY personal car. It is what it is. Fender trim tag was long gone when I got it, sorry. You can get another one made if it's important to you., , Multiple trophy winner, , A lift is available to buyers that want to inspect the car personally.
