1968 Oldsmobile 442. This is a fresh restoration just finished November 2012. This car has brand new everything top to bottom no detail was overlooked. Every nut, bolt and screw has been refurbashed or replaced. Black paint with straight body not a scratch and it shines like glass. This car originally had a 400ci engine but we replaced the old worn down motor with a years matching 455 Rocket estimated around 400 hp and 550 lbs of torque. Full length ceramic headers with dual 2 1/2" exhaust, Flowmaster mufflers and stainless trumpet tips. All new motor components, ignition system with electronic distributor, belts and hoses. Rebuilt original M21 Munci 4 speed transmission. We have completely replaced all the suspension and brake components. The rear lower control arms have been boxed in. Every bushing bumper and seal has been replaced on the entire vehicle. All the chrome on this car is new from the interior, wing windows, rear trunk trim and original bumpers. The only original chrome is on the shifter and center console and is in great condition still. All the trim on the car is original and has been repaired and polished. New windshield. New 17" American racing torquethrust II wheels and tires. New grill, headlight buckets, lenses front to back and emblems. Trunk splatter paint has been cleared with a satin finish. Completely new interior and upholstry with new window cranks and door handles. All electric is in working order, interior and exterior lights, New aftermarket stereo with usb and Ipod jack, rear Kenwood 6 x 9" speakers.
