1975 Mercedes Benz 300D Here is a nice Mercedes 300D that does need some work but is a good car to start with. Check out my store for more great Unique and Classic Cars. Make sure and check out the Video below. It is a good running car. It has the 3.0L 6cyl Diesel engine. These cars are made to run forever. There is a problem with the ignition on this one and you have to manually shut it off under the hood by hitting the kill switch. The car drives nice and mechanically seems like a great car there is just some cosmetic issues that need to be addressed for it to be a great car. Under the hood and under carriage are super clean on this car and you will be hard pressed to find any leaks. The exterior of this car is in good condition but could use some work. It is a very nice dark metallic blue in color which you don't see to many of in this color. The paint is in really good condition except for both front fender which I don't know if were replaced or repaired and never painted or what but they are faded and don't quite match color wise. There is some usual dents and dings around the car but nothing major. The chrome is in really good shape on the car and just shines in the sun. I love the big chrome grills on these cars. Has a nice set of Michelin tires that have some tread life left and has all four chrome wheel covers with the color matching paint in the middle. The paint is a little faded on the hubcaps. This car is not perfect but is a great car and with a little time and effort could be a really nice car. Power Windows Work Radio Works The interior is in not the greatest of shape. The seats do have some tears in them and the drivers seat padding may need to be replaced at some point. But overall the seats look good and I can get them fixed for you for a great price if you would like. The carpet is missing in a couple spots and the floor mats are faded. The dash does have some cracks in it. It does have Power Windows, Sunroof, and Radio that all work. Like I said this car is not perfect and does need some work but is a great car to start with and fix up or just drive it like it is. This is a nice car that with some time and money could be a great weekend car or everyday driver.
