FOR SALE, , ***Very Well Kept 1994 Jeep Wrangler YJ 6 Cylinder Manual***, , I recently bought this truck looking for a quality YJ to put work into. The previous and only other owner was my friend father who was retired and used it to go fishing. The truck was never driven hard. The hood has slight paint oxidation and there are two small rust spots on the whole vehicle. Undercarriage has much less then normal rust for a 17 year old jeep. I have used the materials to fix the rust problem on another jeep I owned and it cost 35$. I can show where to buy it and how to use it. The truck has approximately 137,000 miles. Absolutely no leaks and no mechanical issues. The truck has had over $7,000 dollars worth of work done to it within the last 10,000 miles. The list includes:, 1. @ 128,000- New brakes and tires, 2. @ 128,000- New Radiator, 3. @ 128,000- New Exhaust, 4. @ 128,000- Recharged and repaired AIR CONDITIONING., 5. @ 136,000- New Headlights, triangle windows, wipers, 6. @ 137,000- Changed almost all fluids (power steering, trans, brake), 7. @ 137,000- New Clutch ($1,000+ job with paperwork), 8. @ 138,000- New Computer, fuses, most electrical wiring, , The only thing that hasn't been touched is the engine, transmission, and suspension. However the 4.0L 6 cylinder is a legendary engine. I have had one last 347K and all it did was burn and had trouble passing inspection because of it. Oil changed everything 2,500 miles for last couple of years. Fuel injector cleaner used 4 times a year or so. The truck has had minimal highway use. The clutch was a big job because they took apart most of the transmission to look at everything. The interior has minor wear in one seat. Comes with recently recharged AC which is rare for YJs and works great for summer. This was put on at about 40K with a huge front bumper that looks great. Inspection sticker good until 2013. Other then that this truck is a great opportunity for someone looking for a clean jeep that will last. Within a little bit of time and money this thing would be sweet. Unfortunately I have to sell it because I am relocating for another job that pays less and can't afford anymore upgrades. I have grown up in Morris County area and direct you to some good people if you are looking for quality Jeep work., , Asking $5,500. Cash would help with price more than anything else. I also have two additional items that you could take with truck. First, tube doors that are worth about 300 dollars and fit all YJs. Don't need to take them but can bargain with truck.
